What service do you provide?

We provide site audit service. This means we will check your web site on more than 100 parameters and give you a recommendation list that when implemented, will improve the site quality, increase the traffic and get higher conversion from visitors to prospects. You will have better search engine rankings also.

Do you proof-read my content also?

We do not proof-read for grammatical errors. However we do evaluate the overall impact that the copy has on the average visitor and give you suggestions for improvement.

Will you update my site based on your recommendations?

The site updates are not included in the audit service. However we offer a web maintenance service and you can appoint us on retainer basis for making changes as and when required. You can also get one-time updates done by us.

Do I have to provide you the FTP access to the website?

No. We do not need FTP access to the site for evaluating the site.

What other types of access you need?

We run majority of tests from a new visitor's point of view. However some sets of tests like Analytics study, Adwords campaign study and backend system do require that we have a secondary access that you can withdraw after we have done the tests.

You can also ask us to skip those tests if your company rules or some other reason do not allow you to provide the limited access required.

Why do you charge so much?

As you are aware, the price is a relative thing. Whether you can invest this amount on getting direct, point by point advice for improving the number of prospects and/or sales depends on how much you are making and intend to make.

What happens if I do not understand some part of your recommendation report?

You can ask us questions by email and we will explain the relevant point in further details. You can also call us and we can discuss the specific point over phone for up to 30 minutes.

Can I discuss your report over phone?

We can discuss your report over phone for upto 30 minutes. However an email with specific questions is most efficient as we can give a reply after studying the relevant aspects once again.

What happens if I do not agree with some part of your recommendation report?

You are free to implement only those parts of the report that you feel comfortable implementing. However you will get quicker improvement if you implement most of the advice.

If you feel that our report is not high quality and not worthy of your investment amount, feel free to ask for a refund.

What guarantee do you provide?

We guarantee that you will get excellent improvement in your site performance after the provided recommendations are implemented. However if you feel that the recommendations are not upto par, we insist that you ask for a 100% refund of the review fee.

I do not want to divulge my credit card details to you? How do I pay you?

You do not have to divulge your credit card details to us anyway. We accept the payment by Paypal. If you have a Paypal account, you can pay us through that. Otherwise you pay with your credit card to Paypal who accept the payment over a highly secure connection and is a reputed and relaible third party.

If I send you an enquiry for my web site, will you start sending me SPAM (unsolicited email)?

We value your email privacy very highly. You will only be contacted about your requirements and no unsolicited and irrelevant offers will be made.
